Thank you for helping reduce waste and create healthy soil! Here’s how to use your compost bucket:

✅ What to Put In:

✔ Fruit & vegetable scraps
✔ Coffee grounds & tea bags (no staples)
✔ Eggshells
✔ Shredded cardboard, paper, napkins, & coffee filters

🚫 What to Keep Out:

❌ Meat, fish, or dairy
❌ Oily or greasy foods
❌ Plastic, glass, or metal
❌ Pet waste

📦 How to Store Your Scraps:
1. Keep the lid on tight to prevent odors and pests.
2. Add dry materials (shredded paper or leaves) to absorb moisture.
3. Store in a cool place (indoors, garage, or shaded area outside).
4. Optional: Keep scraps in a container in the freezer before adding to the bucket.

• I will replace your bucket with a clean one once a week or whenever it’s full.
• Just leave your bucket behind your trash bins and I will come by and pick up Tuesday morning for collection.
• No need to clean it—I’ll handle that for you!
